Become a Certified Tourism Ambassador

The City of Orillia is continually working to support front-line tourism and hospitality teams with tools to help visitors, tourists, and even locals decide where to go and what to see. Through our free training program, we hope you’ll become an ambassador for the City of Orillia, helping visitors discover experiences tailored to their interests.

How it Works

The training program consists of six eLearning modules and will take approximately 2 hours to complete.

  5. Enriching the Visitor Experience
  6. Contributors and Key Tourism Partners

Each module will include a lesson, scenarios, and assignments or knowledge checks. Progress can be saved to complete the certificate program in segments, modules, or as a whole.
